Hoshiko Yamane
Hoshiko Yamane (born 1981 in Osaka, Japan) is a violinist, composer and electronic musician currently based in Berlin. She graduated from Aichi Prefectural University of the Arts with the Master of Fine Arts for the violin in her native Japan and also earned a diploma in violin from the University of Music and Theater in Rostock in Germany. Yamane has been a member of Tangerine Dream since 2011. She also is a member of a music and contemporary dance project called Tansik. They released their debut album, Discord, in 2016.
