Tony Clifton

2017 was an incredible year for Tony Clifton. Not only did they get signed to Suburban Records, they also won the Rob Acda Award and played over 25 shows during the Dutch Popronde. Now it’s time for their debut album Love Nordic Women.

The band named themselves after the comedian who was his own alter ego – if you think that’s funny, you’ll understand these guys. They’re all about making unpretentious, awesome music, straight from their sweaty little rehearsal space, dragging their asses into a smelly van, and playing sticky venues everywhere.

You can call it pop-punk or slut-pop - it’s probably just sweaty-young-guys-pop, and it’s all about three guys who just want to play rock n’ roll and surprise their crowds. Veni, Vidi, Fuck the World!
