Delivery time
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with a track & trace link. This allows you to easily follow your package all the way to delivery.
Please note: International shipments may take a bit longer, for example due to customs checks or overseas transport. Be sure to keep an eye on the tracking information for updates.
An ordered item remains on order during the backorder period. This differs per item, but is usually 30, often 60, and sometimes even 90 days. Should the distributor fail to deliver the ordered item within that period or if it appears that a item is no longer delivered any time sooner, the order of that item will automatically be cancelled.
We will inform you as soon as possible by email. Then you can decide whether you want to try another item, or if you prefer to leave it at like that.

The delivery costs depend on which country the order is placed from. The delivery costs become clear during the ordering process.

Sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. Sometimes there’s a small delay, but with a few quick checks you can often find out what’s going on:
- Check the track & trace link you received from us. It will show if the delivery has been delayed or rescheduled.
- Make sure the delivery address, including the postal code, was entered correctly.
- Ask your neighbors – sometimes a package is delivered nearby without a note from the courier.

In the shipping confirmation email you receive from us, you’ll find a link to track & trace your order.
Please note that it can take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become visible. The carrier needs time to process the shipment first.

Sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived, even though the track & trace shows it as delivered.
Please check the following first:
- Was it delivered to your neighbors? Couriers don’t always leave a note.
- Check your mailbox – small items may be delivered as letterbox mail.
- Could it be at a pickup point? This should be indicated in the tracking details.
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation to make sure it’s correct.
Important: Based on experience, some carriers mark packages as “delivered” even though they are actually delivered a day later. Please wait one more day – in many cases, the package still arrives.
