Order, change or cancel
1. Click on the item you want and press the shopping cart.
2. The product will be added to your shopping cart and you can see this at the top right of the website.
3. In the shopping cart you will be guided to pay for your order.
You can easily cancel your order by mailing customerservice@lotofmusic.com. You can only cancel if your order hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it to us.
It is only possible to change something in your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Contact our customerservice@lotofmusic.com.
It may happen that you want to change an address, mail customerservice@lotofmusic.com to change this. Sometimes the package is already too far in the delivery process and unfortunately the address can no longer be changed. You can then approach the residents of the incorrect address and pick them up there. If the residents of the incorrect address have refused the package, it will automatically return to us. You will receive your money back as soon as we have received the package.
