Ballade d'Alan Seeger - Chansons sur la Grande Guerre is an ep.Baptiste W. Hamon is a French singer-songwriter from Paris, France. Singing in French, his writing and music are largely inspired by folksingers like Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Leonard Cohen, John Prine and Butch Hancock. French magazine Popnews sees him as the most promising songwriter of his home country. His song Peut-�tre que nous serions heureux is certainly one of the most beautiful song of the last decade in France , writes Popnews. Baptiste W. Hamon recorded his debut album in Nashville (release Benelux in April 2017) with producer Mark Nevers (Caitlin Rose, Vic Chestnutt, Bonnie Prince Billy, The Silver Jews). In 2017 Baptiste W. Hamon did about 20 club-, festival and radio- and television shows in the Netherlands (a.o. Naked Song, TakeRoot, ITGWO, Paradiso, Effenaar, De Avondetappe, Vrije Geluiden).
