The DOES play music that is dirty, dark and hazy. The idea was to sound like a cross between the Rolling Stones and Nick Cave but Carol couldn't quite shake off her gothic background. thus it ended up like a minimal mix of Pussy Galore, ZZ Top, the Melvins and My Bloody Valentine. STONE BREATH is a mandate to take dark, haunting, acoustic folk into a more electric, experimental direction.
