Here is Eater's version of Alice Cooper's classic 'Eighteen', but renamed after their average ages during the beginning of the '76-'77 punk-era, 'Fifteen'. It's backed by a censored version of the controversial 'Why Dont You?'. The single comes on translucent clear vinyl and includes a two-sided lyric insert.

This is the standard release. All variants of release came with a double sided lyric sheet, picture sleeve and in clear vinyl. The standard release is identified by the red lyric sheet. Other variants had different colour lyric sheets and extras.
