GMBH was founded in 1981 by Christian Schneiderbauer and Wesley Plass. While Christian stood for the vocals and the lyrics, Wesley was the musical head. Already at this time Wesley was after band stations at Oktagon, Rock Candy and especially TAX as one of the most talented guitarists in Germany and was an demand studio musician. The music of GMBH was based on the at that time very successful "New German Wave". "But we wanted to come along rockier and more solid and make no pointless Klamauk, rather with subtle, profound lyrics and score with quality," said Christian.GMBH played due to unbridgeable differences with the record company never live and broke up in 1983. Wesley launched in the following years, a very successful international musician career. Christian played in the 1980s as a guitarist and singer with the regionally successful Munich bands K.Rot extra and DeGang, then take a musical break.
