The works on 'Anthropological Constants' straddle a fence between field recording and experimental composition. The original tracks that make up this LP were the first computer-based compositions (originally made between 1996 and 2001), derived from methods employed in live group performances during the late 1980s, which used the same techniques for transporting the audience from the known to the unknown, from the public to the private or the external to the internal, by capturing and feeding back the listening space via chains of controlled processing.
