Truly one of the great voices of New Orleans. Marva Wright passed away at age 62 in 2010. She was a very versatile performer whose reportoire included Pop, Blues, Gospel, Jazz and Soul. Always a Star of New Orleans Jazzfest and a respected vocalist around the world.
