Traversing the DIY cassette trading scene and sensory bending soundtracks for experimental theatre and television, Mercure's night-lit, minimal synthesizer music expresses an ambitious vision and (simulated) voice swelling from the electronic music substratum of the 80s. This CD co-release from RVNG Intl. and Freedom To Spend includes a 16-page booklet with extensive liner notes and ephemeral enrichment."
