Composed by Piero Piccioni in 1972, the original soundtrack of "Sette Cadaveri Per Scotland Yard", directed by José Luis Madrid, is finally available for the first time on vinyl on SUB OST.
A Piero Piccioni in a rare groove mode, between break acid jazz and deep funk in what is the first vinyl reissue of a minor classic. The variety of themes is impressive, with the Hammond organ often taking the lion's share. The climate reminds us of the compositions of the late 60's of the maestro, memorable sessions that would lead to the publication of the classic posthumous 'Camille 2000'. The wind arrangements are also fascinating, incorporating all the Mediterranean heat through the lines of the US R & B.
