It is not an exaggeration that, years after the release of 'Pinceladas Musicales', their second LP, the cumbia band Pintura Roja continues to be recognized as a monumental institution in the history of Peruvian music. Since its foundation in 1984, Pintura Roja has served as the quarry of the greatest exponents of "chicha" music, cultivating in the classrooms of its academy artists like Princesita Mily, considered one of the first women to integrate a chicha band, and Muequita Sally, the disappeared queen of Andean folk, in addition to the legendary vocalist Too Centella and the remembered Jhonny Orosco, founder of Grupo Nctar. All tracks remastered, comes in gatefold sleeve with booklet.

Barcode is located on bottom of obi-strip, album comes with insert with liner notes in Spanish and English. The insert credits a couple of nuances that don't fit into the above credits: Frank Ventura was the original graphic designer while Beto Prieto adapted and laid out this remastered version; Pascual Saldarriaga was the original engineer who recorded and mixed this album which was remastered by Fernando Álvarez. Finally, it appears that there are multiple typos in the credits on the insert: the "Second Guitar" ("Segunda Guitarra") credit is blank, however, the liner notes credit Aurelio Guevara with this position; the remastering credit is given to "Fernado Alvarez" at "Estudio 404 Mastering, Madrid", which must be Fernando Álvarez at 440 Mastering in Madrid.
