Recorded Live at The New School For Social Research, 10 April 1972. Remastered from the original tapes with a number of bonus tracks and John Hammond's remarks, which were omitted from the original LP issued in 1977.

Track 4 is a medley of two songs, though the second one is not listed on the tray card.
Track 21 is either misintroduced by Eubie Blake or a production error (less likely). An aural comparison to other recordings by Blake of both "Tricky Fingers" and "Troublesome Ivories" will confirm that the latter is the correct title for this track.
