The 2 versions of 400 Fascists are swapped around for some odd reason....- the Permanent Scar(e) version is the 1st track on side 1 instead of the original 7" version; and likewise the original 7" version is substituted for the Permanent Scar(e) version on side 2. Go fig-ure...
