This a welcome repress of the "Bent Pages" Lp by the Mono Men, originally issued in 1993. This was only released in Europe and Australia at the time, gathering all the singles, B sides and rarities besides of the first two Mono Men's Lp's. You will find here their first 7' "Burning Bush", two great Billy Childish covers "Catalina" and "Lie Detector", some great originals, as well as their take on the Wipers track "Over The Edge", showing that the band wasn't just a bunch of garage sixties revivalists, but a goddamn good band that can spot a good track when they hear one (like they did with the Scientists' "Swampland" on their second Lp "Wrecker")...
