IST Entertainment

IST Entertainment (Hangul: 아이에스티엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency originally established in 2011 as A Cube Entertainment, then a subsidiary of Cube Entertainment. Artists currently signed under this label include APink, The Boyz, Weeekly, and VICTON.

In 2015, Loen Entertainment (currently now known as kakao Entertainment), acquiried IST Entertainment after purchasing 70% of their stocks. On June 8, 2016, the company would be renamed to Plan A Entertainment. On February 13, 2019, it was announced by Kakao M that companies Fave Entertainment and Plan A Entertainment would be merging into a new company called Play M Entertainment. On September 17, 2021, kakao Entertainment announced that Play M and Cre.ker Entertainment would undergo a merger and become IST Entertainment, officially on November 19, 2021.
