Marek Štryncl
Czech cellist and conductor, born 1974 in Skuhrov.
He takes an interest in Baroque music and its period interpretation, which led him to establish Musica Florea in 1992. Apart from Musica Florea, Štryncl has also played with several Czech and foreign ensembles (Musica Antiqua Praha, Capella Regia Musicalis, Musica Aeterna, Musicalische Compagney), and during the 1994–1995 season he was principal cello for the North Bohemian Philharmonic in Teplice.
