Supreme Dicks
Experimental indie rock group formed in 1982 in Amherst, MA, USA. Members included Dan Oxenberg, Jon Shere, Steve Shavel. The band was hugely influential on the indie rock scene that erupted in the 90's, especially on the bands Sonic Youth and Dinosaur Jr.
Although the band has been inactive for the better part of the millennium, the Supreme Dicks have not disbanded and are planning to return to live performing some time in 2011.
