UK Records
British label founded by singer/songwriter/producer/empressario Jonathan King. Active largely between 1972 to 1976. The abbreviation UK stands for "United King".
The label was distributed in the UK at first by Decca Records and, after 1976, by PolyGram. Pressed and distributed in North America by London Records.
Its UK operations were first run by Chris Denning, then by former DJ Don Wardell and by Dandelion Records chief Clive Selwood.

Company logo had an image of a crown-topped British Isles with "UK" in blocky letters under it.
